What a beautiful combination we have. Czech faceted glass, citrine rondelles, bali silver and Swarovski crystals- they of course pick up much light and show off beautiful color. They are not heavy and dangle about an inch and an eighth from the bottom tip of the sterling silver ear wire.

Swarovski 10mm shell pearls- the finest of the shell pearl line I have ever seen- they have the look and the feel of a fresh water pearl - they are like a WoW for sure. I have complimented them with authentic Swarovski crystal rondelles and a Swarovski 4 mm bicone crystal. There is some bling to these earrings but in a way they are also understated. They can be dressed up or down in my opinion. A spectacular design. They are light weight and dangle a half inch from the bottom tip of the sterling ear wire. Strung on a sterling silver head pin with a decorative heart at the very bottom.

Delightful Venetian mouthblown bead in a small squashed shape. Known in Italy as the cipollina as they have an onion shape. Cipolla is the singular in the Italian word. Made in a glass furnace in the filigrana technique. Size of the bead varies also but ranges about 15-16mm across and about 14 top to bottom

Murano glass beads are a luxury bead.

Venetian Beads - mouth blown glass bead shapes in a bicolor swirl pattern. Blown in the furnaces of Murano. Distinctive color swirls of translucent glass. No two are ever exactly alike however these pair very well. Topped with a rhinestone and a Swarovski crystal these make up my official dreidel earrings for the season. The color, shape and "feel" speak dreidel to me.

A dreidel is a four-sided spinning top, played with during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.

They are a very light weight wear and dangle about an inch from the bottom tip sterling silver ear wire. Absolutely stunning in fact!

The Venetian beads begin with Effetre glass canes which are produced only on the island of Murano. Delightful Venetian Snow "person" in a whimscal stance with a side hat and arms outstretched. Size is approximately 28mm top/bottom and 8mm diameter.

Fascinating reactions between pink, purple and turquoise give a feeling of looking at a village of owls, or something in a chemist's lab. Tumbled to a smooth matte finish. Swarovski crystal - way unusual shape at that. Interesting because they have a faceted but flat appearance to them. They are close to a heart shape, but not quite. I complimented them with a Swarovski rondelle crystal and two different fresh water pearls. They are light weight of course and dangle about an inch and an eighth from the bottom tip of the sterling silver ear wire. The head pin is sterling silver and has a heart at the bottom tip. This is visible under the crystal. Very contemporary and understated.

Please note: These lampwork beads look a little more lemon like in the photograph than they are. They are more like lime green.
