I work every day in my studio in the historic river arts district of Asheville, NC. Some days I paint all day, and other days I teach in the art school for adults I founded in January 2006. This year I created a gallery space and I hope you can visit to see the work of 12 fine artists the next time you are in the Mountains of North Carolina.

I paint what I see and remember, and create stories in my imagination as I paint. I have studied color and pigments extensively, and practice every day the new things I am learning.
