A Chakra can be described as a vortex of energy that serve as a connection between the physical and spiritual. In each of us there is dormant energy, known as "Kundalini", in the root Chakra that must be brought up through each of the other six in order to activate them. Activated and balanced Chakras are essential to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Our collection of Chakra sprays can be used to aid the process of opening and balancing your Chakras. Each blend is infused with herbal and crystal energies that coincide with each Chakra. These specific scents and energies are thought to speak to the individual part of the body that needs help, and are said to put the brain in a state of readiness for the task of balancing. Choose a spray relating to a Chakra that needs work, or indulge in all seven scents to aid the balancing of your entire Chakra system.

Muladhara: The Root Chakra is at the base of the spine and deals with basic survival, physical needs, and is the beginning of awareness. It is associated with the adrenal glands, the sense of smell, the bones, and the color red. Disfunctions include osteoarthritis, mental lethargy, and spaciness. Practical goals for the Root Chakra have to do with physical healing and grounding. The associated archetype is the Earth Mother. Our Muladhara blend is infused with essential oils of Sandalwood, Patchouli, Cedarwood, and Myrrh, and energies of Ruby and Bloodstone.

Svadhisthana: The Sacral Chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is associated with reproductive organs. Naturally, this Chakra deals with sexuality and creative energy. This is the "creative flame" that many artists speak of, and is visualized as the color orange. The Sacral Chakra is the center where feelings of giving and receiving are dealt with. Some disfuntions include guilt and blame. Our Svadhisthana blend is infused with essential oils of Sage, Orange, and Ylang-ylang, and energies of Citrine and Carnelian.

Manipura: The Solar Plexus Chakra is just above the navel, visualized as a glowing ball of yellow light. Its associated gland is the pancreas, and this Chakra is the center for feelings of personal power, energy, self-will, and intellect. An unbalanced Manipura Chakra may see those feelings of personal power get out of control and lead to overagressiveness, low self-esteem and a constant need to be in control. It guides the sense of sight, as well as the digestive system and muscles. Our Manipura blend is infused with essential oils of Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Rose, and Carnation, as well as energies of Topaz and Quartz.

Anahata: The Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest, and is the place where we feel compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance. Ruled by Venus, it is also where we harbor our beliefs about love and relationships. Of course, it is associated with the heart and circulation, and with disfunctions such as heart disease and melancholia. The gland associated with the Heart Chakra is the thymus, and it is visualized as a ball of green light. Our Anahata blend is infused with essential oils of Rose and Bergamot, and energies of Rose Quartz and Moonstone.

Vishuddha: The Throat Chakra is located at the base of the neck, and is the seat of our communication. Naturally, disfuntions include inability to express emotions, blocked creativity, and sore throats. Visuddha is associated with the thyroid, ears, nose, throat, teeth, mouth, and neck. A balanced Throat Chakra involves the ability to accept things the way they are, and to make changes if necessary. Our Visuddha blend is infused with essential oils of Chamomile and Myrrh, and energies of Tuquoise and Sodalite.

Anja: The Third Eye Chakra is located above and between the eyebrows, and deals with a "sixth sense", intution, and wisdom. On the flipside of this, an unbalanced Anja Chakra can bring on nightmares, hallucinations, and headaches. Naturally the associated body part is the eyes, as well as the pituitary gland. A well-balanced Anja Chakra can foster a healthy sense of self, as well as clairvyoant abilities. Our Anja blend is infused with essential oils of Hyacinth, Rose and Violet, and energies of Amethyst and Lapis Lazuli.

Sahasrara: The Crown Chakra is home to our pure spirit and is thought of as a thousand-petaled lotus. It is located at the top of the skull, and is likewise assocaited with the cerebral cortex. Some visualize this as a white light, some prefer to imagine purple. Unbalanced Crown Chakra can result in constant exhaustion and depression. The goal in balancing this Chakra is higher spirituality and enlightenment beyond the self. Our Sahasrara blend is infused with essential oils of Lavender, Orange, and Frankincense, and energies of Clear Quartz and Amethyst.

Herbal Bath Brew - Tea For Your Bathtub

Tea is wonderful to drink, but even better to bathe in! We offer a variety of delicious and natural teas that are sure to make your bath enjoyable.

Our Lavender Citrus features dried lavender buds, dried orange peels, and dried lemon verbena. "Sweet Dreams", our most popular tea, features a blend of rosemary, chamomile, vetiver, and a pinch of valerian (but no more than that!) to help relax. Our "Earth" tea coordinates with our Earth soap; sandalwood, spearmint, patchouli, and a hint of pine. And our newest tea, "The Wooded Path" is an incredible blend of rosemary, patchouli, cedarwood, sage, and peppermint.

For best results, boil the bag on the stove then pour the hot "tea" into your bathwater. You can also put the teabag directly in your bathtub and steep it that way. The full tea bag may be used as a natural body scrub.

If Im not mistaken, the Shrinivas Sugandhalaya company that makes the blue-and-white-box Nag Champa claims that it is the most popular incense in the world. Im willing to believe this. If youve ever walked into a headshop, or a shop that sells hippie clothes, or pretty much any shop owned by a hippie, you know this smell. And if youre in these places often, you probably love it.

Our Nag Champa bar has been described as "incredibly accurate" and we tend to agree. I love to be surrounded by this scent, whether its burning the incense (which I do, constantly) or lathering up myself up with big Nag Champa bubbles!

This is one of the first bars of soap I ever made, and it continues to be a favorite. Its a blend of high quality green tea essential oil, with ginger and a bit of jasmine to complete the scent. It is light, airy, and really very unique. Everyone knows that green tea is good to drink, but topically it is very beneficial to the skin. In India Ginger is made into a paste and applied to the temples to fight heachaces. And Jasmine.. well do we have to tell you that Jasmine is wonderful? Citrus Honey - Natural Soap Made With LOVE!

Our Citrus Honey bar is quite a treat to your senses! Along with an incredibly beautiful scent, its ingredients have many other qualities to boast.

We use high quality dried orange peels from Valencia oranges, along with Valencia Orange essential oil. The peels work as an excellent exfolliator, and the oil has been known to work as an antidepressant, a detoxifying and antiseptic agent among other things. It has also been known to relieve muscle aches and pains.

In addition to the skin-friendly orange peels and oil, we include local honey, which as we all know is very good for your skin. Honey is a known antibacterial agent, and has been used for thousands of years to dress and treat wounds. Honey is also said to reduce scarring.

Lastly, bee pollen is added for exfoliation, and just because it looks so darn cool!

The thing I love most about my Honeysuckle soap is that it isnt sickly-sweet like you might imagine it to be. Im not a fan of those types of scents, so I designed this to be appropriate and not overwhelming while still being accurate. Its a wonderful floral-fresh that I myself always look foward to using.
