These gorgeous, hand-painted knobs are Jaipur Blue Pottery. Perfect for the kitchen cabinets or a bedroom dresser.

Unique, charming and tres Anthropologie!

Since they're handmade, there's some slight variances between each one. The coppery-colored metal hardware (I believe the metal is tin) has been hammered into a lovely pressed star design and has a slightly aged look.

Made From Authentic, Vintage Chinese Embroidery Work

Pinks! Blues! Greens! Purples! This gorgeous tote bag features a stunning composition of colors in an east meets west design. Created out of vintage Chinese embroidery and trim that was originally used as adornment in homes and clothing, this bag is 100% unique. Many people have told me that this embroidery work looks Guatemalan, but it is, in fact, from inland China.

* Interior lining is new black cotton with a small pocket

* Bag dimensions are roughly: 16.5" x 18"

* Handles are approx. 14" from shoulder to top of bag

* Zipper closure

Because of the unique origins of this bag, you'll notice that the embroidery work contains small stains or marks. Of course, that's to be expected since this bag contains authentic embroidery; however, unless you're looking closely at the bag, you might not even notice. These slight imperfections are part of the bag's charm and are very hard to notice-- the bag's construction is new and completely flawless. I've included lots of photos so you can see for yourself....although I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I carry a similar bag to the office in Soho, NYC, and get stopped by inquiring strangers at least weekly.

This is a very deep bag! But read the dimensions closely as the model (moi!) is only 5'1.

Made From Authentic, Vintage Chinese Embroidery & Needlework

Created out of vintage Chinese embroidery and needlework.

The embroidery was composed on a cross-stitch-like base, so the bag retains a very nice shape and sits perfectly on the shoulder.

All of my poufs are a combination of vintage and handmade. Made by myself and friends; all pieced together from handmade vintage textiles/saris. Once the pouf exterior is complete, I fill the inside with recycled cotton which I wash, shred and stuff by hand. The opening is then hand-stitched closed.

The end result is a dense, heavy weight pouf; firm enough to be used as a seat, ottoman or possibly a table.

This item is 100% unique and because of the old age of the saris, please expect some normal wear and tear. The exterior was original pieced together in Jaipur, India.

Care Instructions:

Spot clean with cold water and a mild detergent.

Fluff and pat every once in awhile to retain desired shape.
