Chartreuse Flower/Cup - Mini Elongated Hoop - Copper Enamel Earrings

Description

Copper hand formed into a delicate "flower/cup" and then filled with powdered glass and fired to 1425 degrees. They are ultra comfortable, lightweight and wearable earrings. This pair is one of my custom blends of Chartreuse. Numerous shades of green and others are shaded and layered to produce this color. Sterling is used to make the handcrafted mini elongated hoops.

Cup: a bit over 1/2" wide  

The mini elongated hoops are a little fiddly, but once secure they are so comfortable you will not know they are on. I made myself a pair like this and have been wearing them constantly.  

Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back.
