Sara's Marcasite Star Necklace

Simplicity at it's best! A 1" marcasite star takes center stage when surrounded by black onyx. There are 110 black onyx round 3mm beads separated by a tiny seed bead and finished with a sterling silver spring clasp.  

Measuring 19", this handmade necklace can be shortened if you desire. Please note the star is actually 2 pieces, one star inside the other.  

I strongly believe in the value of family and friends. Many of my pieces are named for ladies who have touched my heart. This one is for my great-niece Sara, who IS great! She just got her driver's permit and when she was here the last time she practiced driving on our golf cart - we all hung on really tight when she was behind the wheel!! I can hardly wait to see her this summer so I can see what she's learned in driver's ed.
