Pleased Be Seated-Mixed Media Collage on Gallery Wrapped Canvas

Description

This sweet little vintage child is all dressed up and going visiting. I did this collage by using several different types of papers, the image of the child, stamping, inks, chalks, acrylic paints, two snaps which embellish one side of the piece, plus a rusted button which adorns the top edge of the piece.  

The collage is done on matboad, then the matboard is mounted onto a gallery wrapped canvas. The piece also has a chain attached which enables it to either be hung with chain, without it, or sitting on a little stand for display.  

The collage measures approximately 7.5 x 7.25 inches.
