Pincushion - Red and White

Description

Size: about 2 ¼ inches (5.5 cm) wide by 2 inches (5 cm) tall.  

Color: Ivory white wool topped with variegated red "frosting"  

Here is a pincushion I made entirely from wool! The lanolin oils in wool make it great for keeping pins and needles from rusting.  

I needle felted this little cutie, sculpting its shape from loose fibers with barbed needles. It’s very firm, lightweight and fits so nicely in the hand.  

The quilting pins pictured are included! Pincushions come packaged in a cupcake sleeve nestled in a clear plastic box tied with a ribbon, ready for gift giving.
