GERSHWIN sterling & silk bracelet

Description

~ There is something special about George Gershwin's music. It fills one with a wonderful blend of emotions & images....Fred & Ginger, slinky evening gowns, white tie & tails, old Hollywood glamour, and yet fresh & contemporary.  

When I began making this bracelet, Gershwin's music came to mind, and when I had finished, I knew that this bracelet was Gershwin's!  

~ The Gershwin Bracelet ~ The center piece of the bracelet consists of the focal bead, hand made by an artisan, of Black Silk, & hand painted with silver edges & faint Silver Swirls. On each opening of the Silk bead, A gorgeous vintage Crystal; all wired wrapped together in Sterling wire & connected to the Sterling Silver chain.  

~ There is a heart charm, with a contemporary Swirl design, specifically selected to repeat the Swirl pattern of the Silk bead. The charm has a Swirl design on both sides of the bead! It was hand made by an artisan in Sterling Silver.  

~ The bracelet is held securely with a Lobster Claw Clasp.  

~ It measures just shy of 7 1/2 inches.
