Fabulous frippery here!  

Coral(dyed), mother of pearl frangia and sterling silver collar the neck in this piece! I formed my own bit of frangia from sterling and strung it near the front for a different take.  

20 1/2 inches (52cm) of fun strung on professional quality beading wire with a handformed sterling silver toggle clasp. Frangia measures from 1 cm to 1 3/4 inches (4.5cm).
