Super fun big white flowers on bands of hot pink, vibrant orange, and bright red - it just makes me happy to look at this shirt. It's tropical. It's fun. It's summer all year long!

To make this pattern, I drew the design on the shirt and bound up everything (maki-age shibori) but the areas that are red. It took some planning, because this shirt involved three sequential dyebaths, with careful unbinding between each one. First dark fuchsia, then the golden yellow (which made the fuchsia red), and finally hot pink to sweeten the whole thing. At the end, I unbound the big flowers.

Flat dimensions:

- Shoulder to shoulder: 16 1/2 inches

- Underarm to underarm: 17 inches

- Length from neckline to center back: 26 inches

This is a one of a kind sterling silver pendant. Each silver tube was cut and shaped. Then the tube was etched. The tubes were then soldered together. A handcrafted bail and pronged gemstone head was then soldered on to the piece. A patina of Liver of Sulpher was then used on the piece. After using a wire brush, and tumbling the piece, the 11 mm Prasiolite, or green Amethyst.

This chunky, brimmed, open stitch beanie in pastel pink, is crocheted from 100% cotton yarn. A stretchy form fitting style, circumference is approximately 22" unstretched. The sides may cover the ears partially and the brim will protect eyes from the sun. The brim is easy-stash. Although it holds it's shape while being worn, it does not have an insert so it will reshape easily.

Care instructions:

Please hand wash your hat in cold water with mild detergent, do not squeeze out water. Roll in a towel to remove excess water, reshape, and lay flat to dry. Machine washing/drying, although stated as acceptable on the yarn label, may change the size and shape of your hat.
