Fine Silver Oval Bracelet, Shell Charm with Pearl

By the sea, by the sea.....Even if you don't live by the sea, you can accessorize with this bracelet. I hand forged, torched and hammered this fine silver, handsome charm bracelet. It's all fine silver except for the shell & the clasp. The shell, which opens, is Sterling Silver and no one but you will know there's a pearl hidden inside! The oval clasp is also sterling. The bracelet is accented with a little blue glass bead, a cultured pearl and a tiny sterling bead.

The bracelet is 7 5/8" and the oyseter shell is 12mm wide. The charm has a nice weight to it as does the bracelet. The oval clasp matches the size of the oval links.

Everything I create out comes carefully and uniquely gift wrapped.

This is beautiful vintage number 264 solid brass plate that was possibly used on a theater seat or locker at one time. It is awesome! I have added a vintage key and a sweet vintage heart brass locket.

They hang from a nickel color iron cross chain. This quality chain measures 24" long and closes with a lobster claw clasp. The plate tag is about 2" wide.

What a fabulous steampunk necklace! I created this with pieces of a vintage pocket watch, vintage enameled flowers in shades of pink, and vintage watch crowns. The background is a beautiful round patina brass pendant.

I have the pendant dangling from an antiqued bronze iron cross chain that measures 18" long. This is a quality chain! The pendant measures almost 1.5" in diameter.

Illuminated Manuscript Botanical Collage Wall Hanging

Print of my original digital collage of antique illuminated manuscript and colorful botanical bellflower and butterfly decoupaged onto tin plaque with my randomly beaded and curled copper tone wire hanger mounted through copper tone grommets. Beads are iridescent and plain glass druk beads. Plaque is finished front and back with 5 textured layers of water based sealant and Ceramcoat satin (slightly glossy) varnish.

Companion pieces (tulip with dragonfly, iris with bird) are also available, and shown in last photo.

20" English Chintz Down Pillow

This 20" pillow was made from an English chintz printed by Ramm, Son & Crocker for Beacon Hill called Chiltern color Buttermilk. Printed on an unglazed chintz depicting pansies in blue, cream, white, golden yellow and rose pink on a pale yellow ground. Same fabric was used front and back and it's been trimmed in a double row of vintage 1970's ball fringe in two shades of blue. There is a down and feather pillow insert and zippered closure. There's a pair of these pillows although they are priced separately. These pillows coordinate well with others in the line.

This 18" pillow was made from a Ralph Lauren print called Donnybrook color Patina. The cotton and rayon fabric gives the look of linen without the upkeep. This tossed floral has a grayed out sage background and has flowers in shades of old rose to cinnamon and beige and taupe. The same fabric was used on both sides and it's trimmed in an usual cut fringe that is further enhanced with wrapped wooden beads terminating in an acrylic bead. Down and feather pillow insert and zippered closure. This is a one only, however coordinates well with others in the line.

I collect all of my pieces on the shores of Milford, CT, in view of Charles Island, the place where Captain Cook is said to have buried his treasure. The island is always in view when I scavenge for glass, making what I discover feel like a treasure!

I hammered and wrapped this beautiful green beach glass and finished it off with a double ring bail. The glass is 1.5" 38mm) by 7/8" (22mm) wide & the sterling used is a heavier gauge. It comes with an 18" sterling silver snake chain with a lobster clasp. This would look great on a man if you had a heavier chain available.
