The dictionary defines "Festival" as "an occasion for celebration" and that is the theme behind New York Festival.

In all regions of New York, we are known for our festivals, from annual jazz festivals to festivals in towns along the Erie Canal to the Lilac Festival, to the NY Film Festival. Artisans sell their wares in Street Fests and the mood is of pride, celebration, and community.

The festivals in NY are a time when friends, family, and neighbors gather in small towns and on city streets and feel a tremendous sense of pride in their community.

We are proud New Yorkers, hailing from rural farm communities, lakeside fishing towns, hip college towns, and from the boroughs of NYC. We are diverse, appreciating different forms of art and beauty. New York Fest offers everything from a bar of handmade soap to abstract paintings.
