This Pre World War 2 tilt hat is made from a gorgeous mole cloth fabric which has all the beauty and appeal of suede, done in a rich tone of chartreuse with a playful bouquet of roses in splashing hot pink, vermilion and fuchsia. A perfect accessory to your swing or rockabilly wardrobe. I made this hat using a vintage millinery pattern designed by Du Barry. This hat does not need to be fit for size. I do suggest that a hat pin be used to hold it into place. The hat can be worn on a tilt or place the flower adornment in the center, your choice. The hat is lined with a complimentary moss green satin.

This hat is 100% handmade by me using traditional tailoring techniques from the finest fabrics with consummate attention to every detail. Unlike many of my competitors, this hat is made without the use of a purchased hat frame. Many features of this hat are hand sewn including the lining and the fabric flowers.

As delicate and complex as real roses, these handcrafted textile earrings combine the soft sheen of pink pearls with intense fuschia silk thread and dainty detailing of handmade gold lace...

❀MEDALLIONS:

They feature my signature beaded medallions, made entirely by hand using silk thread and adorned with a delicate six petalled flower of the finest real gold thread (like that used in the decadent embroideries of the Elizabethan era). I've embellished the lace flowers with A grade pink freshwater pearls and gently sparkling vintage rhinestones. The motif is applied over a wooden disk and edged in a fine hand-made lace of gold thread, dotted with the daintiest mother-of-pearl-esque seed beads and clear vintage glass seed beads.

❀DROPS:

Large A grade, pink freshwater pearl drops hang beneath each medallion. The petal pink pearls are threaded on 14k gold filled head pins and accented with faceted Swarovski crystal bicones and quartz crystal rondelles. The drops are further adorned with handmade bead caps of delicate gold lace and seed beads to co-ordinate with the edging of the medallions.

The motifs are suspended from high quality 14k gold filled ear wires.

This 16" pillow was made from a printed linen velvet from Ralph Lauren. The silvery pewter ground has been overprinted with a bronze gold metalic design of medallions and scrolls. The same fabric was used front and back and it's been trimmed in a small bullion fringe of bronze gold and black and dark olive. There are double tassels in light gold with wrapped caps. There is a down and feather pillow insert and zippered closure. This is a one only, however it coordinates very well with the Beacon Hill embossed velvet pillow pictured, but priced separately.

his vintage style cloche hat is made in the romantic 1920's style. The fabric is typical for this era hat in a crushed ivory velvet draped around the crown. I have decorated this hat with a yummy dark chocolate silk velvet band with a side flourish of dangling sequins and glass beads. great hat to compliment that little black dress. The hat is lined in a complementary soft ivory satin.

I personally create each hat one at a time. Each hat is 100% handmade by me using traditional tailoring techniques. My hats are not a purchased ready to wear hat that I merely decorated. My hats are sewn after cutting each piece of fabric from a vintage reproduction millinery pattern. I make my hats using a limited fabric type to keep my designs fresh and unique. My hats truly are hand made and sewn from the finest quality fabrics. The linings and details are hand sewn with great care and time with attention to detail on the trimmings.

This 17" by 8" lumbar pillow in silk was made from a printed silk fabric from Steven Harsey Fabrics. Woven and printed in India, this light taupe silk is printed with horizontal pinstripes in a darker taupe with overlay printing of acanthus scrolls and medallions in light sage, taupe and brown. Trimmed in a tassel fringe of brown, cream and a touch of plum. The envelope back of the pillow is in a coordinating plain silk. There is a down and feather pillow insert. This is a one only, however it coordinates well with others in the line.
