It's been an interesting week. I was really busy getting new jewelry and Christmas ornaments made and ready to deliver to the annual New Jersey Classic Creations Holiday Boutique. Somehow in the middle of that process I had an accident with a hammer, nail, awl and earring wire while building a jewelry display. Don't ask for details...lol...but after several Dr. visits and procedures, I'm currently sporting a lovely wrapped thumb and hand.

Anyway...Classic Creations Holiday Boutique is a "go to" for Holiday Shoppers in the New Jersey and New York area. It is held at the Hermitage Museum in Ho-Ho-Kus and is open every day for 5 weeks starting Saturday October 25th. This is their 30th year and the Boutique features 175 artisans from all over the country and carries a ton of things for not only Christmas but Halloween and Thanksgiving as well.

Pictured above is a quick shot I took of some Christmas ornaments I had made using vintage buttons and vintage filigree. I hope to have similar ornaments available before too much longer on 1000 Markets. They were a lot of fun to make (and no buttons were harmed in the process)! :)

Indira from DaharmaKarmaArts also has items available for sale at this show...so if you are in North Jersey, swing by and do some shopping!
